Why we built it

Job management software in Australia is priced per user, per month, forever. For a solo operator or a two-person outfit that adds up to more than the laptop it runs on, and most of what you're paying for is scheduling logic and dashboards built for a company with twenty vans.

The jobs most small trade and service businesses actually need doing are narrow: know who the customer is, quote the work, track the job, invoice it, get the GST right, and be able to find any of it again a year later. JASC does that and stops.

How we sell it

Two options, both priced for the business rather than per head. The desktop app is a one-time A$199 licence — you own that version, it runs offline, and your data sits in an encrypted file on your own machine. The cloud version is A$9.99 a month if you'd rather have it hosted and reachable from anywhere. Both come with a 30-day free trial, and the desktop trial doesn't ask for a card.

We'd rather sell a licence to someone who uses it for five years than lock a subscription to someone who forgot they had it.

Built for Australian rules

GST at 10% applied per line item, with a toggle for GST-free work. ABN and business details on every document. Every amount stored in whole cents, so what you invoiced and what you report on your BAS agree with each other. The guides we publish are the same rules, written out and sourced from the ATO, free for anyone — customer or not.
